How We’ll Work Together
I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, or emotional overwhelm, I integrate structured tools with compassion and curiosity to help you create meaningful, lasting change
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Build practical tools to shift unhelpful thought patterns, regulate emotions, and create meaningful behavioural change. CBT is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and actions—so you can respond to life with greater clarity and confidence.
Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP)
For Children, Anxiety & Phobias
Gently face fears in a supportive and structured way. ERP helps children and teens gradually confront anxiety triggers while learning new coping skills—building resilience, confidence, and freedom from avoidance.
This approach is especially effective for phobias, obsessive worries, and anxiety that feels overwhelming.
Gottman-Informed Couples Therapy
Strengthen your relationship using research-based tools grounded in the Gottman Method. Learn how to improve communication, repair conflict, deepen friendship, and rebuild trust in a structured and supportive environment.
Whether you’re feeling disconnected or simply want to grow stronger together, this approach helps couples create lasting, meaningful change.
Explore What I offer
For children, words are often not enough to express the big emotions they feel inside. My approach to child therapy is rooted in creativity and safety. Using art, sand tray therapy, and engaging activities, I provide a space where "play" becomes the primary language of healing. By externalizing their internal world through colors and symbols, children can process trauma, build resilience, and find their voice in a way that feels natural and supportive.
Child Therapy: Where Play is the Language
Individual Therapy: Insight, Action, and Meaning
Every individual journey is unique, which is why I pull from a diverse clinical toolkit to meet you where you are. Whether you are navigating anxiety, life transitions, or a search for deeper purpose, we will work together using:
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy): To challenge the thought patterns that keep you stuck.
EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy): To process and transform the emotions underlying your distress.
Existential Therapy: To explore questions of meaning, choice, and how you want to show up in the world.
Integrative Techniques: Tailoring our sessions to ensure you feel seen, heard, and empowered to change.
Relationships thrive on connection, but sometimes we lose the map. In my work with couples, I utilize the gold standards of Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
Gottman: Provides the practical tools to manage conflict and strengthen your "Sound Relationship House."
EFT: Helps us dive deeper into the emotional bonds and attachment patterns that drive your interactions. Together, we work to move past repetitive cycles and rediscover the friendship and intimacy at the heart of your partnership.
Couples Therapy: Building Bridges that Last
